This page provides Terms of Service and other information related to the life mentorship services offered through the Celestial Twin Life Mentorship website https://www.celestialtwin.com, (“Site”). Celestial Twin Life Mentorship and Aion Farvahar are registered Assumed Names (DBAs) operating under Pearlumina, LLC.
Our site is owned and operated by Celestial Twin Life Mentorship (“Celestial Twin”) and Aion Farvahar (“Mentor”). By ordering our life mentorship services, you, the Client, agree with and accept all aspects of the Terms of Service and the responsibilities reflected here. This agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations. Your use of Celestial Twin’s site and services is governed by these Terms and the Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change the Terms at any time, with or without notice to you, by posting amended Terms to the Site. Changes shall take effect thirty (30) days after being posted on the Site. If you do not agree to these changes, then you must stop using the Celestial Twin site or our mentorship services. If you do not stop using the Site or services, then your continued use of the Site and services will continue under the changed Terms. Your continued use of the Site and Services will indicate your agreement to be bound by the changed Terms. We recommend that you visit this web page periodically to review the most current Terms.
Eligibility Requirement
To order our life mentorship services and participate in this program, you must attest that you are over 18 years old and are of sound mental, emotional, and physical health. Our mentorship program is designed to optimize an individual’s personal and professional life, and is intended for “high-functioning individuals,” here defined as those individuals who have demonstrated they are capable of holding and performing in a job, caring for their basic needs and well-being, and interacting with others without major difficulty. Individuals currently diagnosed and actively struggling with mental or physical illness, significant emotional distress, or otherwise suffering from a Mental Disorder, as defined in DSM-5, are advised not to participate in the program, and instead seek the help of a licensed medical professional. Our mentorship services are not a substitute for psychotherapy or counseling.
Description of Services
Celestial Twin is a mentorship program designed for “high-functioning individuals” looking to optimize their professional and personal lives and reach their personal goals. The services offered are primarily intellectual or spiritual in nature. Our goal is to assist the Client to gain a sense of purpose and reduce limiting patterns and habits. In one-on-one sessions with the mentor (in a format agreed to following the purchase of services), the client will have the opportunity to discuss their goals, their progress, and their own concerns about their personal and professional development with the mentor. The mentor will, in each session, provide feedback and advice tailored to the Client’s individual needs and goals, and the Mentor may employ ontological reasoning, insights from Internal Family System (IFS) Self-Leadership practice, and “Psychoshamanic” resources in the process of identifying these limiting patterns.
Disclaimer of Relationship
The agreement between you and the mentor is for discretionary personal consultation and mentorship services. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, affiliate or agency relationship exists between you and Celestial Twin or its authorized agents or contractors as a result of your agreement to the Terms or your use of Celestial Twin’s services. Unless otherwise specifically provided pursuant to a separate written agreement between you and Celestial Twin, you agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent, affiliate or employee of Celestial Twin and that none of Celestial Twin, its authorized agents or its contractors shall be liable for any representation, act or omission by you.
Celestial Twin’s Proprietary Rights and Trademarks
Celestial Twin’s website and any mentorship materials (the “Materials”) are protected by copyright, pursuant to U.S. Copyright laws, international conventions, and other copyright laws. You acknowledge and agree that Celestial Twin contains other proprietary information protected by other applicable laws governing intellectual property and similar rights. You agree that you will not copy, perform, sell, make derivative works from, transfer or otherwise use the Materials other than in connection with the provision of services under these Terms of Service.
Client’s Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for her or his own cognitive, emotional and psychological well-being and understands that the mentor cannot be liable, either directly or indirectly, for actions clients take on their own discretion. The client understands that mentorship is not a substitute for counseling or psychotherapy, which is otherwise needed for proper evaluation and treatment of mental disorders.
The client agrees to honor the confidentiality of the mentorship sessions and not share or redistribute the contents, Materials, or advice received in sessions.
Upon prior written agreement in advance of the session, Client may be allowed to record their session for personal use. The client agrees not to record their sessions for personal use without notifying the Mentor prior to the session, and agrees not to distribute, copy, or otherwise transfer such recordings. The unauthorized recording of a session may, in our sole discretion, result in the suspension, cancellation, or termination of a session, or all future sessions and services. In using Celestial Twin, you are agreeing that you will not misrepresent your identity or professional affiliations. Any information you provide in registering for our Services must be correct, truthful, and to the extent possible complete in all respects.
Fees
All fees shall be confirmed and agreed to and paid for by the Client prior to the start of the mentorship. The prices for the services may be accessed and reviewed on the site. Prices listed on the site are subject to change. Fees may be paid online via debit or credit card, or PayPal.
Cancellation and Delay Policy
The Client(s) can cancel her/his/their prepaid mentorship session at least 24 hours in advance, to request rescheduling or a full refund. Short notice cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled mentorship session may not be refunded. The scheduled mentorship appointments, where the client does not show up within the first 15 min, are considered no-show and may be cancelled without refund.
Termination of Mentorship
The mentorship relationship can be terminated, with or without cause, by the client or the mentor with one-week prior written notice.
Limited Liability Agreement
CELESTIAL TWIN MAKES NO GUARANTEES AND PROVIDES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE MENTORSHIP PROCESS. THE MENTOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE CLIENT’S PROGRESS, MENTAL OR PHYSICAL HEALTH, OR CONDUCT.
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT CELESTIAL TWIN WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF CELESTIAL TWIN HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM ANY MATTER RELATING TO CELESTIAL TWIN’S SITE OR SERVICES.YOUR ONLY RIGHT WITH RESPECT TO ANY PROBLEMS OR DISSATISFACTION WITH CELESTIAL TWIN IS TO TERMINATE YOUR CELESTIAL TWIN MENTORSHIP SESSIONS AND DISCONTINUE ANY USE OF THIS SITE. NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THE TERMS, YOU AGREE THAT IN NO EVENT WILL CELESTIAL TWIN’S CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY ACTION OR CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE OR SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY, EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) $100, OR (B) THE AGGREGATE AMOUNT OF SERVICE FEES ACTUALLY COLLECTED BY CELESTIAL TWIN FROM YOU FOR THE CELESTIAL TWIN SERVICES TO WHICH THE LIABILITY RELATES DURING THE SIX MONTH PERIOD IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DETERMINATION OF SUCH LIABILITY. THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY PROVIDED IN THE TERMS INURE TO THE BENEFIT OF US, OUR AFFILIATES AND ALL OF OUR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS.SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Indemnification
By accepting these Terms, you agree to indemnify and otherwise hold harmless Celestial Twin, its parents, directors, officers, employees, agents subsidiaries affiliates and other partners from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, costs, liabilities, losses and damages of any kind (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) due to or arising from: a) your use of the Site, b) your violation of these Terms of Service or any rights of another, or c) unauthorized access to or alteration of your communications.
Disclaimer of Warranties
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF CELESTIAL TWIN MENTORSHIP SERVICES AND SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND THAT CELESTIAL TWIN’S SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
CELESTIAL TWIN EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARISING BY STATUTE OR OTHERWISE IN LAW OR FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OR TRADE. CELESTIAL TWIN MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE QUALITY, IDENTITY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY REGISTERED USER OR THIRD PARTY, OR AS TO THE ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH CELESTIAL TWIN BY ANY USER OR THIRD PARTY, AND CELESTIAL TWIN EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF ANY USE, REFERENCE OR RELIANCE ON SUCH INFORMATION. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR INTERACTIONS AND TRANSACTIONS WITH ANY USER OR OTHER THIRD PARTY ARE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. CELESTIAL TWIN MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (ii) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH CELESTIAL TWIN WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, (iii) CELESTIAL TWIN AND/OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES SAME AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES, CLOCKS, TIMERS, COUNTERS, WORMS, SOFTWARE LOCKS, DROP DEAD DEVICES, TROJAN-HORSES, ROUTINGS, TRAP DOORS, TIME BOMBS OR ANY OTHER HARMFUL CODES, INSTRUCTIONS, PROGRAMS OR COMPONENTS, AND (iv) ANY ERRORS IN CELESTIAL TWIN OR ITS CONTENT WILL BE CORRECTED. ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF CELESTIAL TWIN IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM CELESTIAL TWIN WILL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Modification or Termination of Services or Site
Celestial Twin reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, Celestial Twin’s services and site with or without notice to you. You agree that Celestial Twin will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of Celestial Twin’s services.
Governing Law/Venue
The Terms between you and Celestial Twin will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without regard to principles of conflict of laws. You and Celestial Twin agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located within New York County, New York.
General Information
The failure of Celestial Twin to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms or any incorporated documents are found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should attempt to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms remain in full force and effect. Notices to you may be made via email. Celestial Twin may also provide notices of changes to the Terms by displaying notices or links to notices to you generally on or through the Celestial Twin site. You agree that, except as otherwise expressly provided in these Terms, there will be no third-party beneficiaries to this agreement. We may assign our rights and delegate our obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notices to you. You may not assign any of your rights or delegate your obligations under these Terms to any other person. Any attempt by you to do so is void. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Celestial Twin site or services or the Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. Your privacy is important to us. This privacy policy provides transparency about what personal data is collected, stored or shared when you use our site as well as who may have access to that data.
The personal information you provide to us at the time of registration, including your name, payment, and contact information, will be kept private. It will not be disclosed to a third party without client permission, unless otherwise in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. All personal information discussed during the session will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to a third party except where provided by this Privacy Policy or required by law. We will never sell personal data or personally identifying data to a third party.
Contact and Subscription Forms
When you contact us in our site or subscribe to receive future updates from us, we collect and store the information you shared in order to provide the services you have requested. To comply with your email subscription requests, we use Mailchimp, an online marketing platform. Cookies
While you visit our site, we may track your location, IP address and browser type. If you create an account, we may store your name, address, email and phone number, cookies may be used to populate the checkout for future orders. This information will not be distributed to third parties.

Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. Third Party Payments Gateways
We accept payments through Stripe and PayPal payment gateways. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Stripe and PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. Third Party Application(s)
Our mentorship services include live discussions. When mutually agreed, the mentor may choose to connect with the client by phone, text, video-conferencing or in-person. The video conferencing is conducted through Zoom Video Communications application.
